PowerMax PowerMax+ 600Watt Review: UPS lost the shipment. When I complained to UPS they gladly refunded my shipping charges, however they refunded them to CMS and told me I need to get CMS to refund them to me and that is becoming a real chore. The instructions that come with the generator are in a oriental language and I had to send emails to CMS to get English info which still is minimal. All said and done the generator is still in the box because I'm waiting for CMS to email me ... Read more »
